Our Staff

Our team of dedicated staff is made up of various Early Childhood qualifications including Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate 3 Educators and experienced Administrators. We ensure that each room and program has a mix of qualifications and experiences and provide an above regulated ratio of staff:children. 

Educators are rostered ongoing in the same rooms and programs to ensure continuity and allow for children to develop familial relationships with their Educators.

Our dedicated staff build connections with families and aim to create a warm "home away from home" where children feel safe to explore, grow and learn. 

Our qualified educators deliver an exceptional, play-based curriculum aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) that enriches children's learning, sparks curiosity and builds resilience in readiness for their transition to primary school.
